What You Will Be Doing:

As a Buyer, you will be responsible for supporting procurement activities, assisting in supplier selection and evaluation, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Your attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team will contribute to our overall procurement efficiency and success.

Responsibilities:

• Own the purchasing process for assigned product categories, from raising purchase orders to ensuring timely delivery and stock availability.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality standards, and reliable lead times.
• Analyse sales and inventory data to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and support merchandising and commercial decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and commercial teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and resolve any supplier issues.

About You

• 2–4 years’ experience in buying.
• Good commercial awareness with a keen eye for market trends, pricing, and product performance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in building supplier relationships.
• Highly organised and analytical, comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and inventory systems to support decision-making.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset; you’re curious, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
